Our global maternity fee is $6,500, which includes comprehensive, personalized care throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.
Prenatal Care
  • Full prenatal care
  • 36-week prenatal visit for all home birth families
Labor & Birth
  • Midwife care during labor and birth
  • Birth assistant fee
  • Birth kit
  • Immediate postpartum care
  • Facilitation of hospital transfer of care if necessary
    • Support during transport, when possible (in person or via telecommunication)
Newborn Care
  • Newborn exam
  • Metabolic screening
  • Hearing screening
Postpartum Care
  • 48-hour postpartum home visit for all families
  • Six weeks of postpartum care
  • Postpartum support group
Administrative & Support Services
  • Filing of birth certificate
  • Insurance billing
The following services are not included in the global maternity fee:
  • Ultrasounds
  • Lab fees
  • Fees incurred by consulting physicians or hospitals
  • Fees from outside sources in the event of transfer
The above fees are usually covered by your insurance if you have met your deductible.
Add on services

  • Placenta Encapsulation

Insurance Information

We are in-network providers with:
  • Medicaid
  • Sunshine Health
  • Humana
We also work with Medical Sharing Plans including Christian Health Plans members and can assist with commercial insurance and gap exceptions.
